Fund raising

 

The money raised to date (March 2007) is from volunteer-led fund-raising activities; we have raised an average of £10.000 to 12.000 a year, a total of £39 000 (including the money raised by our sister charity in France). 

Our main fund raising activities consist of events (boot-sales, quizzes, wine-tasting competition, talks, Draw, sponsored sporting efforts) and the making and selling of African bead necklaces and African fabric bags and cases.
